Scope

On-site at a Papua New Guinea mine site, subcontracted by AVP AV Solutions — brought in where they needed hands-on installation, commissioning, and programming resource to deliver and hand over their systems. Elvaux worked across install, configuration, validation, and documented handover.

Deliverables

On-site installation of LED wall systems
Microsoft Teams meeting room install, configuration, and validation
Q-SYS programming for collaboration spaces, including PTZ camera tracking and control
Touch panel UI/UX design for operator-facing room control
Commissioning, testing, fault finding, and handover documentation
